Joe is the owner and principal of JT Fleming & Company, founded in 2000 with the goal to provide clients with superior service, market expertise and best practices. Joe is proud to be part of a strong and vibrant team of men and women who are the best in their fields of expertise. With more than $200 million in acquisitions and dispositions of new homes, investment projects and commercial assets, JT Fleming has the experience to serve all your real estate needs from start to finish — from purchase, construction, sales and leasing. Joe resides in Wellesley with his wife, Stacy, children Madelyn, Erin, Joe, and dog, Riley.

Tyler is the owner and principal of Summit Construction, LLC, a design-build firm focused on new construction. For more than 10 years he has been involved in all phases and aspects of the construction of more than 80 new homes. He has also managed custom renovation projects in Wellesley and surrounding towns with the goal of meeting each client’s unique needs. Tyler earned a degree in accounting from Franklin Pierce University. He currently lives in Medfield with his wife, Kim, son, JJ, and two dogs, Scout and Bella.

Cheri brings a wide array of real estate experience to the table and is a valuable asset to our team. She handles all of the accounts payable and receivables as well as construction cost tracking for all of our projects. Cheri began her career in real estate development in 1995 with The Flatley Company, assisting with budget preparation and tracking, tenant build-outs and rent collections. She also worked for other firms, notably Boston Capital and Dakota Partners, where she specialized in project tracking and management for residential developments.
